KIZHI
Sea sand is been made into bundle and then it is been heated up. This bundle is then pressed on the muscles and joints it gives good results in cases of rheumatoid arthritis, backache, stiff joints.
Kizhi with medicated rice boluses is Navara kizhi which is useful in para/ hemi plegia ,spine related pain and stiffness. Patra kizhi also a known treatment is good for VATA RAKTA , skin related disorders.

SHIRODHARA
A treatment wherein Luke warm herbal ayurveda oil is dripped over the scalp and forehead in a steady stream. This treatment soothes the complete nervous system, sharpens senses, releases stress and induces peace of mind. Should be done as a course treatment for good results.

Pizhichil
This is intense oleation therapy where desired  medicated oil is poured over body by two therapist and pressure massage over the body. Specially recommended in Neurological and long term nervine ailments.
